About the Role
Ironclad is seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive EMEA Partner Success Manager to shape and operationalize its Global Partner Services programs. This role involves building effective partner engagement, enablement, readiness, and collaboration across the region, supporting partner services throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work with major systems integrators and consulting firms to evolve a value-focused model that improves conversion, accelerates time to value, increases platform usage, and strengthens long-term customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with strategic partners’ practice and delivery leaders, aligning on priorities, readiness, quality expectations, capacity, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Alliances, and Customer Value to match qualified opportunities with the right partner, co-delivery model, and implementation approach.
- Operationalize partner engagement across the customer lifecycle—from discovery and scoping through readiness planning, delivery transition, and post-live support.
- Evolve partner programs with Partner Alliances, Enablement, and Customer Value leadership, including co-delivery and subcontracting frameworks, onboarding, certification, methodology alignment, delivery quality, and ongoing enablement.
- Assess partner capacity, coverage, skills, and readiness against business demand and EMEA growth priorities; coordinate capacity planning across strategic and subcontracting relationships.
- Build targeted partner enablement plans across product knowledge, implementation, integrations, value selling, customer change management, AI use cases, and emerging AI consumption models.
- Work with EA and partner teams to understand partner ISV offerings, technology ecosystems, integrations, and customer architecture requirements.
- Help partner-led engagements establish a path to customer enablement, adoption, value realisation, and sustained platform usage after go-live.
- Identify patterns in partner-led work that affect conversion, delivery quality, time to value, adoption health, renewal readiness, and expansion potential; translate findings into practical program improvements.
- Establish an EMEA partner operating rhythm, including business reviews, readiness and capacity assessments, enablement planning, and escalation management.
- Maintain operational hygiene and data integrity for partner-led projects and programs across internal systems, reporting, and workflows.
- Translate feedback from European partners and customers into actionable recommendations for Ironclad teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Partner Operations, Customer Success, Implementation, or a related role at a SaaS company and/or consulting or systems integration firm.
- 2+ years of experience working with implementation partners, subcontractors, or partner delivery teams in a services environment.
- Experience supporting complex pre-sales, scoping, or solution-alignment motions with Sales, Services, and/or Alliances teams.
- Strong program management skills and a track record of building or improving cross-functional processes spanning internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and execute repeatable operating models in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills.
- Comfort using data and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and improve conversion, delivery quality, adoption, and customer outcomes.
- Experience with change management, adoption planning, or value realisation is strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, sound judgment, and comfort shaping a partner-first model as the business scales and the operating model evolves.
