  • Supports the seasonal color proposal process by coloring up 3D files, preparing presentation materials, and incorporating feedback.
  • Assists with print assortment management by tracking placement requirements, maintaining assortment tools, and helping rebalance prints.
  • Contributes to novelty elastic development through artwork preparation, strike-off reviews, color updates, and assortment maintenance.

  • Participates in BOM review sessions, making updates and corrections in PLM.
  • Attends fit and wear-test sessions, documents feedback, and partners with Technical Design, Product Development, and Production teams on updates and revisions.
  • Assists in the creation and maintenance of seasonal sell-in presentation materials, line sheets, and other sales support tools.
  • Maintains organized design files, seasonal artwork libraries, and product development documentation.
  • Supports the design team in executing seasonal concepts, colorways, graphics, and product details that align with brand direction and licensor requirements.
  • Executes the color and product plan for all four channel variants (outlet, off-price, club, and special make-up).
  • Partners with the Design Director on licensor relationship management and represents the line directly in licensor and sales working sessions.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of design experience in apparel, ideally intimates, bodywear, or another fit-sensitive category.
