About the Role
Maxime’s is seeking a talented Line Cook to join their world-class culinary brigade. This role offers the opportunity to work at the very highest level of cuisine within four distinct restaurants, including a French-Mediterranean and a Latin-American inspired restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of an established culinary team delivering exceptional experiences daily.
- Regularly stand, walk, and occasionally lift as part of normal restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in fine dining, Michelin, or luxury hospitality.
- Strong culinary techniques with a passion for quality and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- A positive, professional attitude and a true team player mentality.
