About the Role

This role ensures facility operations follow policies and procedures, coordinates daily operations by delegating job assignments, and provides guidance. The Lead provides supervision when the Manager is not present, demonstrating established standards to keep buildings clean and safe. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties.

Responsibilities

Follow assigned work schedules and route cards as directed.
Report any barriers to assigned work.
Provide leadership and direction to team members.
Ensure open communication between field employees and management.
Monitor and document client communications.
Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules.
Oversee and perform cleaning operations in the assigned building.
Take care of keys and access cards for the property.
Report damaged, broken, or out-of-work features/items.
Oversee and perform additional service requests in the assigned building.
Oversee job quality and confirm completion with the Area Manager.
Provide training for all new hires assigned to the building in accordance with onboarding procedures.
Complete and validate time records for regular or subcontractor employees.
Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Assure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.
Provide positive coaching to team members.
Assist the Supervisor and Shift Manager in directing and supervising field employees.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
