About the Role
Eataly is launching its first-ever Eataly Caffè, a fast-paced, vibrant café experience celebrating Italy’s rich coffee culture. We are hiring passionate individuals who love food, coffee, and creating unforgettable guest experiences for our new locations in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Crafting and serving specialty hot and cold beverages, including authentic Italian espresso, coffee, and other café drinks, while providing exceptional guest service.
- Engaging with guests to provide warm, Italian-style hospitality, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Preparing a variety of cold food items and ingredients that are used in our recipes, maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.
- Supporting day-to-day operations of the caffè while mentoring and guiding the team.
- Working closely with managers, leading by example in service and execution, and helping ensure each guest leaves with an exceptional experience.
Requirements
