About the Role
Blair Health is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build products for patients, clinicians, and employer clients. This role involves end-to-end feature ownership, from intake to reporting, within a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Build across the stack, shipping features in React/Next.js front end and Python/Supabase back end, from database design to UI.
- Own features from idea to production, collaborating with clinical and commercial teams.
- Support growth by building features for scaling across Canada and the US, including multi-state clinician workflows and employer reporting.
- Build with privacy and security at the core, adhering to PHIPA, PIPEDA, and HIPAA.
- Review code, improve testing and deployment practices, and help shape engineering culture.
- Contribute to the clinical logic and personalization engine powered by AI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Strong TypeScript and React skills.
- Solid back-end experience in Python or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and cloud deployment (GCP, AWS or Vercel).
- Experience at a startup or scale-up, shipping product in a fast-moving environment.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Based in Toronto and able to work from our office 3 days a week.
