About the Role

Responsibilities
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping.
- Implement an Emergent Curriculum.
- Support children's emotional, physical, and behavioral well-being while fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
- Maintain attendance and health and safety checks.
- Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists.
- Support children through classroom transitions.
- Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in CCEYA.
- Participate in team meetings and workshops.
Requirements
- Registered with the College of ECE and in good standing.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check.
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C.
- Up-to-date immunization records and two-step TB test.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs.
