About the Role

The Digital Product Delivery team is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing digital banking (mobile, online) and our ECRM platform with capabilities that address business objectives and ensure an optimal client experience. You will support the Product Owner in developing and maintaining the vision for product iterations, acting as the client's voice when establishing priorities, understanding stakeholder needs, and ensuring alignment across the product team.

Responsibilities

  • Support backlog refinement activities by helping maintain a prioritized pipeline of work, improving user story readiness, identifying dependencies, surfacing risks, and helping remove blockers.
  • Develop and refine user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners, business system analysts, solution designers, and technical partners.
  • Validate that proposed solutions align to business requirements, target state objectives, and expected client outcomes.
  • Support execution by helping maintain alignment across scope, timelines, and release plans.
  • Partner with QA and delivery teams to support testing readiness, pilot and user acceptance testing, release coordination, and post-launch issue triage.
  • Help ensure capabilities are delivered with quality and that issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Collaborate with partners across line of business, legal, risk, security, finance, change management, release management, and technology to support shared understanding, effective decision-making, and smooth delivery execution.
  • Own and maintain required delivery artifacts, documentation, and governance controls to ensure initiatives are appropriately supported, compliant, and audit-ready.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate relevant experience.
  • Bring 2-4 years of experience in digital product delivery, product ownership, business analysis, or a related discipline, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment.
  • Have strong digital delivery experience.
  • Have experience supporting backlog refinement, requirements development, testing, release coordination, and delivery execution within agile teams.
  • Have hands-on experience using Jira, user stories, acceptance criteria, and story refinement techniques.
  • Be a strong collaborator and partner, working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and contributing to alignment across business, product, and technology teams.
  • Be an effective communicator, able to clearly translate business needs into structured requirements and support productive discussions with both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Be digitally savvy and client-focused, seeking out innovative solutions, adapting quickly to evolving technologies, and staying focused on delivering high-quality digital experiences for clients.
  • Bring high standards, genuine care to your relationships, and want to grow with an employer that shares your values and brings out your best.
