About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at ProValidus Medical Staffing. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with us, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert healthcare services and improving patient outcomes. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, nutrition, and hygiene while maintaining their dignity and comfort.
- Record temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
- Help residents with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises to promote mobility and prevent falls.
- Observe and report any changes in residents’ physical or mental conditions to the healthcare team.
- Provide respectful and compassionate care tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to create a positive and nurturing environment.
- Maintain thorough and precise records in the facility’s electronic medical records (EMR) system.
Requirements
- Active CNA Certification in the state of New York (required).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
