About the Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will join a team focused on enterprise DevOps transformation and modern software delivery pipelines. You will build standardized, secure, and reliable CI/CD capabilities to accelerate development while strengthening governance and operational resilience. This role influences platform strategy, mentors engineering teams, improves developer experience, and shapes modern delivery practices.

Responsibilities

Drive the enterprise migration from legacy DevOps platforms to GitHub.
Design, implement, and optimize DevOps solutions in partnership with software engineering teams.
Translate strategic technology direction into scalable, actionable solutions with architecture teams.
Gather and evaluate requirements from teams adopting new DevOps platforms.
Lead platform rollout and adoption initiatives.
Build partnerships with Application Security, Cybersecurity, and other technology teams.
Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Leverage AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to accelerate delivery.
Provide technical leadership and influence across teams.
Balance technical execution with stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in CI/CD, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Software Delivery Automation.
Strong hands-on experience with GitHub and CI/CD platforms.
Demonstrated ability to apply DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Automation practices.
Experience working on enterprise transformation efforts and platform migrations.
Experience integrating automated testing, code quality validation, and security scanning into delivery pipelines.
Working knowledge of cloud-based environments, containerized application delivery, and deployment automation.
Strong Communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience applying AI-enabled tools or AI-assisted development practices.
Demonstrated ability to use Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving approaches.
Experience implementing GitHub Advanced Security capabilities.
Experience supporting enterprise-scale CI/CD infrastructure.
Infrastructure-as-Code experience, including Terraform.
Familiarity with enterprise SDLC governance, compliance requirements, and change management automation.
Experience with broader DevOps ecosystems.
Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineers.
Demonstrated success working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
