About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Commercial Operations & Analytics is responsible for providing business insights and analytics to support the US commercial organization in achieving its strategic objectives. This role executes daily analytical and insight generation needs, including demand forecasting, modeling, budgeting support, sales team enablement, and dashboard development.
Responsibilities
- Support demand forecasting and revenue projections (AOP, annual budgeting, quarterly projections, monthly sales performance analysis).
- Support the development and updates of annual market models.
- Produce periodic dashboards tracking key performance indicators for management.
- Provide SKU-level master data to support distributor and sales team requests.
- Ensure data quality through proactive data cleansing processes.
- Optimize and automate tools for accurate and timely data visualization.
- Support channel management processes, including DIOH analysis, incentive tracking, and program ROI analysis.
- Provide actionable insights on customer buying trends.
- Generate ad-hoc reports for marketing, sales, and key business partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical role supporting commercial operations (marketing and sales), ideally in a downstream capacity.
- Excellent analytical capabilities in Excel, Access, or SAS with solid business acumen.
- 10% Travel required.
