About the Role

Connexity is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to build and scale its US B2B lead and demand generation engine. This role will develop multi-channel marketing programs to reach target audiences, generate qualified leads, build pipeline, and contribute to revenue growth. The position involves owning campaigns from strategy through execution and measurement, identifying new outreach methods, and using data for optimization. Additionally, the role will lead go-to-market initiatives for ShopYourLikes and Howl, oversee events, and develop sales enablement programs. The manager will have budget management responsibilities, work with senior stakeholders, and mentor junior team members, with autonomy to achieve agreed-upon goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a scalable, multi-channel B2B lead and demand generation engine.
  • Develop campaign strategies based on target audiences, business priorities, channel performance, and revenue goals.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn, paid media, content, webinars, and other acquisition opportunities.
  • Own the lead generation process from audience targeting and campaign messaging through lead capture, nurturing, qualification, and handoff to Commercial teams.
  • Develop compelling prospecting content, including email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and campaign messaging.
  • Experiment with new channels, targeting strategies, and campaign approaches.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to align marketing programs with sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline goals.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness through lead volume and quality, conversion rates, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market marketing strategies for ShopYourLikes and Howl.
  • Create targeted marketing programs to attract new creators and strengthen market position.
  • Identify relevant audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Partner with Commercial, Product Marketing, and Insights teams to develop messaging, campaigns, and market-facing initiatives.
  • Lead strategy and execution for flagship client events, including planning, promotion, engagement, and follow-up.
  • Evaluate and manage participation in third-party conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Establish event objectives and track results, including audience engagement, lead generation, relationship development, and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, vendors, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Develop sales collateral, presentations, campaign materials, and client-facing messaging.
  • Partner with Commercial and Account Management teams to identify sales challenges and develop marketing resources.
  • Translate market insights, performance data, and business priorities into compelling content.
  • Support coordinated marketing and sales outreach.
  • Monitor funnel performance, campaign attribution, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
  • Manage budgets across assigned programs, track spending against results, and recommend adjustments.
  • Partner with relevant teams to improve CRM processes, marketing automation, campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution.
  • Establish repeatable processes that improve campaign execution, measurement, and scalability.
  • Mentor junior team members, review their work, and help establish effective processes and high standards of execution.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives and drive results.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing programs, introduce new approaches, and strengthen team effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in ad tech, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, commerce, or the creator economy.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and executing multi-channel lead generation and demand generation programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
  • Experience owning campaigns end to end, including audience targeting, channel strategy, messaging, execution, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing funnel, including lead capture, nurturing, qualification, conversion, and sales handoff.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating campaign performance using data and measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on events marketing experience, including producing events and generating value from third-party conferences and trade shows.
  • Experience developing go-to-market campaigns, sales enablement materials, and persuasive prospecting and client-facing content.
  • Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build funnel reports, interpret attribution, and translate results into actionable decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, influencing senior stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
