About the Role
Comme Des Garçons is seeking a Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team in New York. The Sales Associate will focus on providing an outstanding customer experience, meeting sales targets, and maintaining store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide the very best levels of customer service at all times.
- Offer personalized shopping and styling experiences.
- Deliver personal monthly and seasonal sales targets.
- Add customers to the CDG Database and proactively clientel.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and advise customers on stock availability.
- Maintain a Customer Book of key clients and VIPs.
- Ensure consistency in service and strategy through open communication.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, taking ownership of assigned areas.
- Keep assigned areas replenished and ensure Back of House standards are organized.
- Conduct regular stock checks in partnership with the Inventory Manager.
- Proactively create new inventory management systems to reduce shrink and increase sales.
- Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in store and on the floor.
- Communicate needs to management and collaborate with the team to ensure clear understanding of expectations.
