Responsibilities

Prepares and cooks menu items.
Follows food safety standards.
Supports the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes.
Produces food orders in a timely, neat, and organized manner according to guest needs.
Follows approved recipes while ensuring proper cooking techniques and high-quality standards.
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of sanitation procedures and consistently applies them.
Ensures proper food handling procedures are always followed.
Properly uses kitchen equipment while ensuring the highest safety standards.

Requirements

A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma is required.
Basic reading, writing, mathematical, and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to operate a steamer, fryer, oven, etc.
Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 71 - 80 pounds.
