About the Role
Manage accounts, identity, and access across cloud and SaaS platforms. This role involves provisioning, deprovisioning, designing access structures, supporting audits, and managing software licenses. Additionally, it includes hands-on hardware and workstation support, A/V, printer maintenance, and technical support for events. There is also an opportunity for Cloud and DevOps work, with a focus on automating IT tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts and identity across cloud and SaaS platforms.
- Design and maintain group and role structures for access control.
- Run onboarding processes, including account setup, licenses, and application access.
- Run offboarding processes to ensure access removal.
- Support recurring access audits and reviews.
- Manage software licensing and vendor administration.
- Serve as the first point of contact for hardware issues.
- Maintain conference room A/V and video conferencing systems.
- Provide technical support for events.
- Troubleshoot printers.
- Run preventative maintenance on A/V, printers, and shared technology.
- Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with corporate IT and vendors for issue resolution.
- Document built systems and automate repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- 2+ years administering SaaS and identity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, GitHub, Atlassian).
- Experience thinking in groups and roles rather than individual grants.
- Experience running onboarding and offboarding as an owned process.
- Comfortable with hands-on hardware tasks like imaging laptops and building workstations.
- Experience supporting conference room A/V and video conferencing.
- Ability to maintain good records, including inventory and documentation.
- Clear and patient communication skills.
- Ability to take a vague request and close it out independently.
- Comfortable with an on-site presence for collaboration and partnership.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to learn scripting, with Python as a primary language.
