About the Role

This is a 12-month rotational trainee program designed for individuals seeking to explore various core functions within a growing SaaS company. Participants will gain exposure to Client, Build, and Ops departments, allowing them to discover their strengths and career interests. The program offers a unique opportunity to learn about the entire business lifecycle, from client acquisition to product development and operational scaling.

Responsibilities

Work across the Client, Build, and Ops functions of the business.
Identify client needs and learn how to pitch Jigsaw.
Build relationships with potential clients and report on sales results.
Support existing clients, shadow client calls, and organize training sessions.
Assist in shaping retention strategies and identifying efficiency improvements with AI.
Contribute to marketing and social content.
Involve in the day-to-day operations of a technology company.
Observe how a product is built in an AI-native company.
Follow the product development lifecycle from idea to shipped feature.
Organize sales tools such as HubSpot and Jiminny.
Shape the sales team's playbook.
Build content and emails for outreach.
Develop strategic thinking, project management, and commercial awareness.
Undertake AI project work.

Requirements

No prior experience in this type of work is necessary.
