About the Role

Build developer-facing web data and browser automation products used by AI applications. You will own features from idea through production, shaping APIs and product decisions around real developer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and ship developer-facing product features from concept to production.
  • Own the reliability and quality of browser-based products as websites change and introduce obstacles.
  • Turn ambiguous technical challenges into clear, useful APIs.
  • Work with engineering colleagues on product priorities and technical tradeoffs.
  • Use the product, review developer feedback, and work directly with customers to diagnose integrations and guide improvements.

Requirements

  • Three to eight years of product engineering experience, with a track record of shipping products for external developers, such as APIs, SDKs, or developer tools.
  • Strong TypeScript and Node.js skills, with production experience in browser automation, web scraping, anti-bot systems, or web agents.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Playwright, Puppeteer, Chromium, REST APIs, and LLM or agent APIs; experience with observability tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or OpenTelemetry is useful.
  • Experience owning features end to end, making product decisions based on user behavior, and working directly with customers.
  • Comfort using coding agents in daily work and understanding how AI agents use tools and web data.
  • A bias toward shipping, measuring, and iterating, with care for developer experience, reliability, and API quality.
