About the Role

As the AI Transformation Solutions Lead, you'll support the SVP of AI Transformation in driving Specialty-Based Transformation across the firm, working closely with subject matter experts, product and engineering teams to rethink how work is performed and bring AI-enabled solutions to life. You'll also help translate these redesigned workflows into clearly defined deliverables, service models and pricing frameworks that shape how Edelman scopes, delivers and goes to market with its services. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of AI transformation, solution design and business transformation.

Responsibilities

Support specialty workflow discovery and redesign by understanding current work, identifying pain points and opportunities for AI, and mapping workflows.
Translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions by creating scopes, product requirements, and workflow documentation.
Support solution prototyping and development using generative AI tools to create mockups and prototypes.
Act as a connector between business and technical teams, ensuring solutions meet workflow needs and technical requirements.
Support testing, rollout, and adoption by coordinating user feedback, developing onboarding resources, and tracking improvements.
Translate redesigned workflows into standardized deliverables, identifying opportunities to simplify and evolve service offerings.
Support service definition and commercial modeling by defining deliverables, validating assumptions, and understanding required resources and costs.
Develop consistent scoping and pricing frameworks for new delivery models.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, operations, AI transformation, service design, or a related field.
Strong understanding of generative AI tools and their applications in business.
Experience conducting user research, gathering requirements, and documenting workflows, processes, or solutions.
Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with structured data, spreadsheets, and models.
Excellent written communication skills for creating clear requirements, frameworks, and documentation.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities.
Curiosity about business operations, service delivery, and technology's impact on efficiency and quality.
Confidence working collaboratively across specialty teams, product and engineering, operations, and business leadership.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in an evolving environment.
Experience in PR, communications, or professional services (nice to have).
Familiarity with AI prototyping, prompt design, or product development (nice to have).
Exposure to service catalogs, process improvement, workforce planning, commercial modeling, or pricing frameworks (nice to have).
