About the Role
Partner with store leadership to support the overall operation of the store. This role involves being visible on the sales floor, coaching and developing teammates, helping departments execute effectively, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving forward. It's an opportunity to take on meaningful leadership responsibility while growing your career.
Responsibilities
- Support daily store operations, merchandising, staffing, and execution.
- Coach, develop, and motivate teammates to achieve individual and store goals.
- Partner with department leaders to maintain strong operational standards.
- Help ensure product availability, presentation, freshness, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Respond to customer needs and resolve concerns professionally and effectively.
- Support scheduling and staffing decisions based on the needs of the business.
- Help drive sales, manage expenses, reduce shrink, and improve overall store performance.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for customers and teammates.
- Assume store leadership responsibilities when the Store Manager is unavailable.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
