About the Role
The 18-month graduate programme is designed to build core corporate banking skills. Participants will gain broad experience within the innovation ecosystem, focusing on UK Venture Capital and Mid-Market Private Equity Funds through three rotations. The programme offers exposure to clients, hands-on experience in client management, due diligence, debt structuring, and portfolio management, alongside dedicated training.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to day-to-day client management.
- Conduct due diligence.
- Support debt and credit structuring.
- Assist with portfolio management.
- Work with colleagues across the bank to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Genuine interest in innovation, particularly across funds, founders, and portfolio companies.

- An understanding of financial analysis and financial statements is helpful but not essential.
- Must have graduated in 2026 or be due to graduate in 2027.
