About the Role
As Designer, you will shape how L1VE looks and how people experience it, from the first ad to the ticket purchase on our website. You will design user journeys and pages that convert, as well as create event banners, flyers, ads, and social assets. You will take full ownership of design, building it up from the start and keeping it lean, flexible, and fast. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Content & Experience team, and Product & Tech, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales.
Responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve the website, from first visit to ticket purchase.
- Map and optimize user journeys; create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs in Figma.
- Design for conversion: identify drop-offs, develop hypotheses, and test page and flow variants based on analytics data.
- Hand over developer-ready, responsive designs and build a clear design system with reusable components.
- Design landing pages, key visuals, and asset packages for live events and email campaigns.
- Create paid ads for social and display (static and simple motion) in all required formats, with variations for A/B testing.
- Follow design guidelines of license partners precisely, keep brand consistent, and brief external freelancers or agencies.
- Use AI tools for ideation, image creation, variations, and resizing.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a designer with a focus on web/UX and marketing design, in-house or at an agency.
- A portfolio with website and UX work with measurable conversion results, plus campaign and ad design.
- Proven experience working precisely within strict brand and partner guidelines.
- Strong UX skills and conversion experience: user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, landing pages, checkout or sign-up flows, A/B tests and working with analytics data.
- Excellent command of Figma (components, design systems, developer handoff) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy, and a bold, creative eye.
- Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or higher).
- German is a plus.
- Motion skills (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Experience designing for paid social (Meta, TikTok), including formats and safe zones is a plus.
- Experience preparing print production files is a plus.
- Practical experience with AI design and image tools is a plus.
- Interest in sports, entertainment, and immersive technology is a plus.
