About the Role
This festive in-store role offers various opportunities and shifts to help customers during the busy holiday season. You will be responsible for tasks such as serving customers, stocking shelves, and picking orders for home delivery, ensuring customers leave with a smile. No prior experience is necessary, only a positive attitude. This role emphasizes helping customers, colleagues, and communities, offering flexibility and a chance to do good while feeling good.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in their correct locations.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- Must be over 18 years old.
- Demonstrate a passion for delivering great service.
- Greet customers with a smile and serve them with pride.
- Build rapport to ensure customers have a great experience.
- Use initiative and make appropriate decisions for customers.
- Work effectively in a team, communicate openly, have fun, and celebrate success.

Salary/Compensations
- Starts from £13.28 per hour
- Increases to £14.55 per hour for stores inside the M25
- Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am
- Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills
