About the Role
Golisano Children's Hospital is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead clinical nutrition operations in a pediatric acute care setting. This role involves championing evidence-based medical nutrition therapy, mentoring registered dietitians, and shaping nutrition standards across the regional network. This is a leadership opportunity for a motivated Registered Dietitian ready to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical nutrition operations in a pediatric acute care setting.
- Collaborate with regional clinical nutrition leadership.
- Champion evidence-based medical nutrition therapy.
- Mentor a dedicated team of registered dietitians.
- Partner with regional healthcare team members to shape nutrition standards.
- Ensure Metz Culinary Management Vision and Values are present in all interactions.
- Provide patient education.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Food Service Management, Nutrition, or Dietetics
- Registered Dietitian
- 3 years in a Leadership role
- Current Licensed RD
- Experience in a Contract Dining facility setting
- Experience managing a team in a large and fast-paced hospital setting required.
- Strong background in patient education
- Knowledge of EMR systems
