About the Role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will supervise daily housekeeping operations, spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas
- Assign, inspect, and verify room status, promptly reporting any discrepancies
- Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program
- Partner with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues
- Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels
- Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
