Responsibilities
- Perform in-home consultations to build trust
- Conduct full home inspections, including attics and crawlspaces
- Deliver tailored solutions using provided training and tools
- Utilize an iPad-based sales system to close deals
- Grow business through company-provided leads and personal initiative
- Operate a company vehicle safely
- Work in diverse environments such as rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, and confined spaces
- Prioritize safety in all job aspects, including equipment, work environments, and customer interactions
- Perform duties in various weather conditions
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and physically in the field
- Willingness to obtain required state licenses (company will pay and train)
- Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required
