About the Role
As part of the night team at the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin, you will be responsible for ensuring guests are delighted from the first moment to the last, even late at night. You will manage the reception, handle guest inquiries, and conduct security rounds to ensure a safe and peaceful environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests are satisfied and enthusiastic, even late at night.
- Manage the booking of the cash register and check the day's activities before morning.
- Serve as the point of contact for guests' needs throughout the night.
- Conduct regular security rounds to ensure safety and order within the hotel.
Requirements
- Ability to inspire colleagues and guests.
- Familiarity with the city and ability to provide local tips.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to admit mistakes.
