About the Role
This festive in-store role offers various opportunities and shifts to help customers during the busy season. You will serve customers, stock shelves, and pick orders, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction. No experience is necessary, just a positive attitude. This role allows you to do good, feel good, and enjoy flexibility while helping people.
Responsibilities
- Help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
- Provide support in store during the busy festive period.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are in their correct locations.
- Serve customers and assemble orders for the Click and Collect service.
- Ensure customers have a brilliant experience.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.
- Ability to build rapport so customers leave having had a great experience.
- Ability to use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
- Ability to work well in a team, communicate openly, have fun, and celebrate success.
- Must have passed the school leaver's age.

Salary/Compensations
- Starts from £13.28 an hour, increasing to £14.55 for stores inside the M25.
- Additional night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am.
- Additional payments may apply depending on location and skills.
