About the Role

The IT Integration Manager will drive the integration of newly acquired sites into Saronic's standard IT environment, managing infrastructure, networks, endpoints, identity, and security end-to-end. This is a hands-on management role requiring on-site presence at acquired locations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on-site technical discovery at each acquisition, assessing infrastructure, networks, identity, security, and support processes.
  • Produce documented current-state assessments, risk registers, and integration plans.
  • Drive technical integration, including network redesign, identity migration, endpoint management, email migration, and server workload alignment.
  • Ensure acquired environments meet Saronic's security baseline, including EDR, MFA, patching, and SIEM integration.
  • Identify and remediate compliance gaps against obligations like NIST 800-171/CMMC and ITAR.
  • Transition acquired sites to Saronic's help desk model and support workflows.
  • Assess and onboard acquired IT staff into the Saronic team structure.
  • Catalog and rationalize inherited vendor contracts, licenses, and MSP relationships.
  • Collaborate with HQ infrastructure, security, and business systems teams to ensure alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a reusable integration playbook, runbooks, and checklists.
  • Communicate IT changes clearly to employees at acquired companies, minimizing disruption.
  • Report progress, risks, and blockers to IT and corporate development leadership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in IT infrastructure and operations.
  • At least 2+ years leading or heavily contributing to M&A IT integrations, carve-outs, or multi-site consolidations.
  • Working depth across networking (routing, switching, wireless, firewalls, VPN).
  • Working depth across identity management (Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD, SSO, domain and tenant migration).
  • Working depth across endpoint management (Intune, Jamf, imaging, patching).
  • Working depth across virtualization and cloud infrastructure.
  • Working depth across core security tooling (EDR, MFA, SIEM).
  • Experience with email and collaboration migrations (e.g., M365/Google Workspace tenant-to-tenant).
  • Ability to assess undocumented environments and create credible plans.
  • Strong written documentation skills.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity, competing priorities, and aggressive timelines.
  • Willingness to travel 50–75%, including extended on-site stints and occasional short-notice trips.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • U.S. person status required for export control compliance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
