About the Role
Sets up and serves food and beverages to guests in the bar area. Maintains and cleans serving area, attends to client’s needs, and ensures guest satisfaction. Sets up bar and serves food and beverages at events while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

- Attends to client’s needs.
- Ensures that guest’s needs are met.
- Sets up bar and serves food and beverages at events.
- Maintains friendly demeanor when interacting with and serving customers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to push and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Abides by all Company policies and procedures including but not limited to: The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer. The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables. The use of slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.
- Qualified candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Skills
- Prior upscale dining experience is required.
- Prior Japanese restaurant experience is preferred.
