About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager/9001 Lead Auditor to support clients across various sectors, with a specific focus on the Data Centre sector. This role involves providing expertise in quality management, assurance, and governance.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of business improvement programs and their effective delivery.
- Provide clear and effective advice on quality management, assurance, and governance to project teams.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of integrated management systems (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 44001).
- Conduct audits and provide written reports on findings to promote continuous improvement.
- Support stakeholder engagement with internal teams (PMO, Safety, Sustainability & Risk) to minimize duplication of effort.
- Produce and support the development of the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) and monitor its effectiveness.
- Support the Project Quality Lead in interfacing and coordinating with the wider Project Team, Alliance/JV partners, and clients.
Requirements
- Practitioner member of the CQI.
- Hold CQI recognized quality management/assurance qualifications for Practitioner Grade.
- IRCA/CQI recognized ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification (or working towards).
- Demonstrable knowledge and application of ISO 9001:2015 and awareness of sector-specific guides.
- Experience in the design, implementation & management of integrated management systems.
- Experience of a quality delivery role in an engineering/construction environment.
- Experience of technical authoring.
- Experience of project managing business improvement programs.
- Able to carry out investigations and produce technically accurate reports.
