About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of sound, strategic media plans based on client direction and media principles.
- Analyze consumer research and competitive intelligence findings.
- Collaborate on the development of points of view for new media opportunities.
- Generate presentation decks, finalize presentations, and participate in client presentations.
- Manipulate and analyze large datasets, including TV attribution models and their outputs.
- Create reports to showcase findings and provide insights and implications for traditional channels.
- Build and strengthen relationships with core clients and industry partners.
- Ensure accuracy of billing, budgets, and flowcharts.
- Manage day-to-day team projects, proof junior team members' work, and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Oversee junior team members' engagement and interactions with other departments.
- Guide junior team members' growth by providing education on best practices and media principles.
- Contribute to performance reviews of junior team members.
- Participate in the interview process for Assistant/Strategist roles.
