Success requires data-informed decisions, adaptability, and navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable program that brings emerging creators into campaign storytelling.
  • Lead media partnerships from concept through execution, building and sustaining relationships with new and existing partners, prioritizing based on campaign timelines and business impact.
  • Strategize and collaborate across Public Affairs marketing verticals to integrate creators and media partnerships into campaigns.
  • Build scalable playbooks, guidelines, and processes for efficient growth of media partnerships and creator collaborations.
  • Track shifts in the media and creator landscape and introduce new formats, partners, and ideas.
  • Apply data and insights to make campaigns more targeted and effective, refining objectives, audience, media, creative strategy, and measurement.
  • Work in close partnership with public policy, communications, product, and creative teams to ground campaigns in research and evidence and reach key audiences.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in media partnerships, branded content, publisher business development, creator partnerships, or a related field, with a track record of closing and managing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex partnership agreements involving editorial, events, talent, and measurement components.
  • Established relationships and working knowledge of top-tier publishers, editorial franchises, and event platforms, particularly in politics, policy, and technology coverage.
  • Experience building programs from scratch – setting strategy, defining processes, and scaling in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience communicating and presenting to senior executives internally and externally, including stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects by prioritizing based on impact, coordinating review processes, and communicating timeline trade-offs to stakeholders.
