About the Role

IMG is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the European Tour Productions team, managing the production of Outside Broadcasts for worldwide Golf Events.

Responsibilities

Manage arrangements for national/international golf productions on the DP World Tour and other ad hoc events.
Prepare budgets, provide finance reports, reconcile accounts, and offer variance commentary for each production.
Coordinate with suppliers for crew and equipment based on provided specifications.
Provide technical understanding of live production workflows to support problem-solving, responsibility assignment, efficiency seeking, and spec change management.
Manage all travel and logistics associated with the event.
Hire freelance staff and contractors, negotiating deals.
Prepare call sheets and oversee the production of risk assessments.
Perform line management duties.
Ensure best Health & Safety practices are carried out on site.
Carry out any other duties within the scope and purpose of the job.

Requirements

Experience dealing with broadcasters, stakeholders, and a range of personnel.
Previous experience in a similar role within television production.
Ability to produce a production budget.
Some knowledge of responsibilities related to rights and clearances, production workflows, insurance, and health and safety.
Experience managing junior members of the admin team.
An understanding of the UK TV industry.
