About the Role
As a Data Engineer in an AI Development pod, you will ensure that each workflow's AI solutions, including models, analytics, and AI agents, have the correct data in the optimal format and at the appropriate time. You will focus on the specific data requirements for each workflow, leveraging the shared AI platform provided by the AI Infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- Map the data utilized by each workflow, including systems, files, emails, and spreadsheets, and design the data acquisition process for AI solutions.
- Build workflow-specific pipelines, integrations, and data models required for AI solutions, utilizing Snowflake and the shared AI platform.
- Transform unstructured inputs such as statements, subscription documents, and Excel workbooks into structured data suitable for models and agents.
- Implement data quality checks to ensure AI solutions operate with accurate and complete data, and resolve data issues identified during testing.
- Contribute workflow data back to the shared platform to facilitate reuse by subsequent workflows.
