About the Role
The AI Analyst, Enterprise AI Operations will own the requirement gathering and process mapping lifecycle of enterprise AI initiatives. This role partners with business leaders to document workflows, identify automation opportunities, and ensure AI investments target the most impactful bottlenecks. The role requires an analytical thinker who can bridge complex operational realities with technical possibilities to drive alignment across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and map complex operational workflows across Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding to identify AI use cases
- Gather and document detailed business requirements from end-users to guide technical development
- Measure and report on the ROI and performance metrics of deployed AI solutions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding data lineage, compliance, and auditing standards
- Track KPIs tied to time-savings, process automation rates, and operational efficiency gains
- May perform other duties as required and assigned.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience across business analysis, process improvement, or fund operations
- Demonstrated ability to map workflows and translate operational needs into technical requirements
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams to ensure business requirements are met
- Operator mindset with a focus on execution and process outcomes
- At times, as business needs arise, associates are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or work week to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job.
- The associate is regularly required to sit and stand.
- The associate must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10lbs.
- Specific vision abilities are required within this position.
- Occasional travel (approximately 10% or less) may be required in this position.

Skills
- Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics; strong conceptual understanding required
- Deep conceptual understanding of financial services or fund administration workflows
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
