About the Role

National Compressor Exchange Inc. is seeking a motivated, hands-on individual with experience in welding, mechanical assembly, and parts assembly to join our growing manufacturing and compressor rebuilding operation. The ideal candidate has a mechanical background, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding.
• Conduct mechanical assembly and component installation.
• Perform parts assembly and preparation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Read measurements and follow assembly instructions.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ensure strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

• TIG and MIG welding experience.
• Mechanical assembly and component installation experience.
• Parts assembly and preparation experience.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Ability to read measurements and follow assembly instructions.
