As a Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end experienced hiring for front office roles across Asset Management and Wealth Management Solutions. You will partner closely with senior business leaders and Human Resources partners to define talent needs, build sourcing strategies, and deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hires across levels, from initial intake through offer and start date.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to clarify role requirements, define hiring priorities, and align on candidate profiles and assessment approaches.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including proactive outreach, competitor mapping, and talent pipeline building.
  • Conduct structured candidate interviews to assess role fit, motivation, and capability, and provide clear, timely recommendations.
  • Drive strong hiring governance, including calibration, selection discipline, and consistent evaluation practices across interviewers.
  • Share relevant market intelligence (talent supply, compensation trends, competitor insights) to support decision-making.
  • Provide constructive challenge to refine search parameters and improve hiring outcomes while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear communication, coordination, and follow-through at every stage.
  • Track recruiting activity and outcomes to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and raise recruiting excellence across the team.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for front office, client-facing, or investment-aligned roles in asset management, wealth management, or closely related financial services businesses.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including proactive outreach and ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders and advising on talent decisions in a consultative manner.
  • Skilled at setting expectations, influencing outcomes, and navigating constructive pushback to improve role definition and selection quality.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
