About the Role
CSP is a leading youth sports operator in the GTA, dedicated to creating fun and memorable experiences for children and families. We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to join our team and inspire young athletes.
Responsibilities
- Coach soccer skills and games for children aged 2-14 years.
- Engage children in fun, imaginative, and playful soccer activities.
- Effectively communicate with children and provide feedback to parents.
- Deliver coaching sessions for both toddler and youth age groups.
- Adapt coaching style to different age groups, from 18 months to 13 years.
- Ensure a fun and positive learning environment for all participants.
Requirements
- Must be passionate about working with and engaging young children.
- Must have availability on weekday evenings (4pm - 8pm) and/or weekends (9am - 12pm).
- Must be reliable and professional.
- Must possess an energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality.
- Must be able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be a high-energy individual who is physically fit.
- Must be able to coach for 2+ hours.
- Must be available to work through Summer and Winter seasons.
- Must complete two short assessments (Culture Index survey and skills game assessment).

- Preference for experienced soccer coaches
- Experience with other youth sports organizations is a plus
- Experience with soccer environments is a plus
Education Level
- Coaching certification (Active Start, FUNdamentals, Learn to Train, etc.) is an asset
Salary/Compensations
- $19-27 per hour
