About the Role

We are seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA services for a bright, verbal, and engaging 9-year-old boy. This role offers meaningful work in a comfortable setting with a consistent after-school schedule.

Responsibilities

Implement ABA programs and behavior plans
Collect session data and communicate with the BCBA
Build communication, coping, flexibility, and independence skills
Create a positive and engaging learning environment
