Responsibilities
- Perform pitch repair work, including divoting after warm-ups, halftime, and post-match use.
- Conduct post-match pedestrian mowing using rotary and cylinder mowers.
- Set up and move grow lights from storage to the stadium as needed.
- Wash and clean machinery after use.
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and requirements.
- Operate vehicles and handle equipment for grounds maintenance.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with management, colleagues, and end-users.
- Inform grounds management of any identified issues.
- Undertake general maintenance operations associated with the pitch.
- Collaborate with the stadium team to maintain the stadium pitch.
- Perform other duties as instructed and use initiative to ensure safe operational functioning of the stadium.
- Work at least 75% of home fixtures.
