About the Role
As a Lead Operations Specialist at our busy Times Square location, you will lead the hourly team responsible for keeping the facility running and orders moving. You will coach and develop your team, track performance, support licensees, and resolve critical issues.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of hourly staff.
- Manage shifts during lunch and dinner rushes 4-5 days a week.
- Address facility, tech, and space issues with licensees.
- Ensure licensees are prepared for high-volume periods.
- Deliver a professional and pleasant experience for couriers and customers.
- Fill in shifts during call-outs and provide general staffing support.
- Review daily inventories, place replenishment orders, and perform audits.
Requirements
- Ability to spot issues quickly and take ownership through resolution.
- Ability to remain calm, positive, and productive in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
- Ability to create a team environment where hourly staff feel supported and perform well.
- Experience leading teams.
