About the Role
This is a seasonal Sales Assistant position in our Soho Store, supporting the team until January 24th, 2027, to assist during the busy festive period.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met.
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed.
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look.
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business.
- Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Engage with customers while selling products.
Requirements
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Dedicated, team-oriented, and flexible.
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
- Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.
