About the Role
Join our Covent Garden store as a Sales Assistant for the busy festive period, working 24 hours a week until January 24th, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and adapt brand stories to the retail setting.
- Ensure optimum sales levels are met.
- Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed.
- Take pride in store appearance and embrace the Carhartt store look.
- Develop product knowledge and understanding of the business.
- Establish consumer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Engage with customers while selling products.
Requirements
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
- Dedicated, team-oriented and flexible.
- Excellent communication and 'people' skills.
- Confidence, drive and enthusiasm.
