About the Role
This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn the auto industry and manage vehicle deliveries, cross-trained in all aspects of the business. Join a Fortune 200 team with over 300 locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales Department to manage the delivery of vehicles sold each day.
- Gain familiarity with all processes and paperwork necessary to complete a vehicle sales transaction.
- Explain delivery paperwork to customers.
- Answer all questions, including the availability, cost, and benefit of aftermarket products.
- Introduce customers to the services provided by our Service Department.
- Review operational features of the vehicle that is being delivered.
- Contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
- Deliver/pick-up vehicles for customers and other dealerships.
- Prep and park vehicles.
- Assist customers and fellow associates in the delivery of our products and services.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Build customer and co-worker relationships.

- Willing to work nights and weekends.
- High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to work in a drug-free workplace.
