About the Role

This role leads a team responsible for analyzing courier patterns and establishing solutions to maximize courier experience and efficiency. The position involves collaborating with global operations, country leadership, and local market teams to identify improvements, optimize KPIs, and consult with Legal and P&T to balance business and legal risks. The role also involves working with Product and Tech teams on technology decisions to proactively detect and prevent negative courier quality. This is a senior global position with significant impact on cost efficiency, courier retention, and digital automation velocity.

Responsibilities

Lead the team that measures and analyzes courier patterns.
Establish local and global solutions to maximize courier experience and efficiency.
Work closely with global Courier Operations, Country Leadership, and local market courier teams.
Proactively identify areas of improvement.
Increase thresholds of courier KPI optimization initiatives.
Quickly identify and address unintended patterns.
Consult with Legal and P&T to balance business and legal risks.
Work closely with Product and Tech teams on technology decisions.
Build a proactive approach to detecting and preventing negative courier quality.

Requirements

Previous experience delivering tangible improvements to operational efficiency or cost reduction driven by data insights.
Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team, including data analysts and process analysts.
Ability to balance large quantitative datasets with qualitative data inputs (surveys, direct courier feedback, courier events).
Creative problem-solving skills with a self-starter attitude.
Willingness to dive into new challenges and opportunities.
Solid analytical thinking and data-driven approach.
Experience analyzing large and complex datasets and distilling actionable insights.
