About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join our Core Division within the Enterprise Knowledge pillar. This role is responsible for how large, multi-site customers define, standardize, and govern their operational data. The mission is to expand the product to win and serve larger customers, opening new revenue opportunities by rethinking fundamental product architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for a new enterprise-grade foundation, taking it from an early design-partner alpha to broad adoption across multi-site enterprise accounts.
  • Define how the product needs to evolve architecturally to win larger customers, and build the case, sequencing, and investment plan for achieving this.
  • Consolidate overlapping systems into one coherent model, with a migration path and deprecation sequence that supports all customers.
  • Settle complex product questions regarding change propagation, control sharing between corporate and sites, and data migration.
  • Run the design-partner program, including customer sessions and prototype-driven discovery, to inform the roadmap.
  • Take large structural redesigns from specification to validated model, ensuring they are additive and non-breaking for existing customers.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and executive leadership to transform an architectural shift into revenue through new segments, larger deals, and a stronger enterprise story.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in product management, including 5+ years of platform or core-product work at an enterprise SaaS company.
  • Experience with entity models, permissioning, configuration frameworks, and foundational product elements.
  • Deep systems thinking, including reasoning about cascade/override policies, hierarchy schemas, cardinality, and migration states.
  • Ability to argue trade-offs with staff engineers as a peer.
  • A real discovery motion, including running design-partner sessions and letting evidence guide decisions.
  • A track record of sequencing multi-year foundational work while shipping customer-visible value every quarter.
