About the Role
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the opportunity to help deter security-related incidents while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the technology campus, including buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and report access concerns, suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when needed.
- Complete clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
Requirements
- At least two years of security-related experience is required.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
