About the Role
Our mission to inspire happier, healthier living through food starts with our team members. We are focused on improving the Team Member experience and offer internal development and cross training within our restaurants, prioritizing promotion from within.
Responsibilities
- Exhibit a “Guest comes first” attitude and deliver guest service that meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and coworkers.
- Spend the majority of their shift delivering catering orders for our restaurants during our peak lunch hours, typically between 10:30am and 1:30pm.
- Assist with other crew member responsibilities including packaging of orders, reviewing tickets against order contents to ensure consistency.
- Maintain a professional and appropriate appearance to deliver brand experience to guests.
- Efficiently and safely deliver catering orders to guests in a timely manner.
- Attain invoice signatures and ensure the guest has all the items they requested.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (No DUI or major traffic offenses in the last 5 years).
- Must have your own reliable transportation (Motorbikes, and bicycles are not acceptable for this requirement).
- Ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
