Responsibilities
- Lead residential HVAC installations
- Coach, train, and apprentice team members
- Utilize an iPad and Service Titan software
- Perform brazing with nitrogen
- Pull a vacuum and recovery
- Complete high voltage hookups
- Wire thermostats
- Work in attics and tight spaces
Requirements
- 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations
- Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
- EPA Certification
- TDLR, Nate preferred
