Strong hands-on experience with Azure, particularly AKS, Azure Networking, and Azure Security services.
Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Strong Kubernetes and Docker administration skills.
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Strong knowledge of networking concepts including Firewalls, WAF, NSGs, VPNs, Private Endpoints, DNS, and Load Balancers.
Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell scripting.
Experience with production incident management, root cause analysis, and operational support.
Understanding of SRE principles, cloud security, and operational excellence.
Good knowledge and experience with JBoss/Wildfly and Postgres.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with experience in issue triaging and resolution as per ITSM standards.
Willingness to learn new technology.
Good knowledge of incident handling, RCA ownership, AKS upgrades, patch management, certificate management, and customer-facing troubleshooting.
